Global Brand / Local Partnership
Building Trust Across Borders
SATO by LIXIL
A trusted local partnership for the World Water Forum in Nusa Dua, Bali, combining exhibition preparation with clear brand storytelling.

The Challenge
With regional and global teams based overseas, preparations needed to be complete before their arrival in Indonesia. The exhibition also needed to help visitors understand SATO, the challenges its innovations address, and the value of its solutions.
Our Approach
We organised the local work around a clear objective: give the overseas team the freedom to focus on stakeholders, visitors, and business conversations. Operational preparation and communication planning worked together to make the SATO story clear and consistent.
What We Delivered
- Managed end-to-end local coordination, venue arrangements, and vendors.
- Prepared the exhibition and planned the visitor journey.
- Developed communication materials and brand storytelling.
- Provided on-site operational support throughout the event.
The Outcome
The overseas team arrived with preparations completed and could focus on strategic conversations. Visitors gained a clearer understanding of SATO’s products, innovations, and mission. The collaboration also strengthened trust between SATO and Contenthub.
Why It Matters
International projects benefit from a local partner who understands both operations and communication. That combination gives global teams more room to build relationships and explore opportunities.
